The dress, the grand entrance, the private estate, the vintage car, the carefully chosen flowers, the room full of people watching you say “I do.”

Every wedding has some element of performance.

The question isn’t whether your wedding looks beautiful.

It’s whether the choices behind it actually feel like you!

That’s a big part of my philosophy as a wedding photographer:

I want to understand the energy you want your wedding day to have, and then photograph it accordingly, whether that means quietly blending into the background or stepping in with direction when you want it.

Because when you’re genuinely experiencing the day instead of performing it, something changes.
And yes, you can absolutely feel it in the photographs.

Would you rather your photographer spend hours doing repetitive computer work…

Or spend that time actually looking at your photographs?

I think about AI in photography much the same way I think about any good tool: if it can take something repetitive off my plate without taking away my creative control, why wouldn’t I use it?

AI can help me sort, organize, and get through parts of the editing process more efficiently.

But it doesn’t know which photograph feels like you.
It doesn’t know which frame deserves to stay because of a tiny expression, a fleeting gesture, or something that happened between the lines.

That part still requires me.

AI isn’t the artist.

It’s just one of the tools on the desk.

I’ll never recover from this 🥹🙌

Nor would I want to!

We stayed at this historical manor in the Cotswolds with another ten photographers, and we created, dreamed and got inspired together.

I must have said about a hundred times that I felt like I was in a fairy tale, and I will keep saying it. We had stepped into a special, magical universe orchestrated by D’Arcy and the incredible team she brought along.

A big part of the inspiration came from Wuthering Heights (the 2026 movie), and I simply can’t get enough of it!
This is just a little sample of how it felt to me, through my lens and from my point of view. I got to be weird and whimsical with my vision, and it felt fabulous!!

This is how I see things.

This is the kind of beauty I gravitate toward.

This is what happens when I can be weird and whimsical.

I feel more inspired than ever. ✨
