I keep coming back to this photo of Christina from Barcelona. Maybe because she’s such a special human to me… or maybe because this city changed me a little.

Travel has a way of opening up parts of my creativity I didn’t even know were waiting. Something about photographing someone you care about in a place that feels brand new and endlessly inspiring… it just fills you up. I think I left a little piece of my heart there.

I want more of this. More travel. More stories in beautiful corners of the world. More people I care about in places that take my breath away. ✨

✨ Family photos don’t need a holiday or a milestone to matter. Some of the most meaningful moments I get to capture are the everyday kinds of love — the way a family laughs together, the way kids run toward the people who make them feel safe, the way parents quietly hold the center of it all.

Something I’ve learned in all my years photographing families: great parents rarely step into the spotlight. They lift everyone else up, they make the magic happen behind the scenes, and their devotion often shows up in tiny, beautiful ways that don’t always get captured.

That’s why, during every family session, I always make space for a few photos of just the two of you. The partnership at the heart of your family deserves to be seen, remembered, and celebrated. Your kids will cherish those photos more than you realize — they tell the story of where it all began. ❤️

No special occasion needed. Just love worth remembering.

She is blooming right before my eyes 😍 there’s something truly magical about getting to take photos of someone you’ve known since she was born. And now she’s an adult (almost) and about to graduate high school!
