I think we’ve all been guilty of hating on a photo someone took of us this summer, in our bikini, at the beach 🏖️

Living our best moments, yet still focused on what we look like and our bodies.

I know I’ve been there this summer, hating on my thighs & bum, paradoxically, it’s the strongest I’ve ever been (hey look at my back 👀) because I’ve started going to the gym.

I know it’s hard, we compare ourselves to other women we see at the beach or worse to curated & edited images online…

This is your reminder that you are beautiful as you are, your body is ‘normal’, and you deserve to enjoy wearing your bikini and jumping in the sea 🌊

Summer is winding down 🌅

The kids are back to school, the island’s getting a bit quieter, and for the first time in months you actually have a minute to breathe.

You’ve got that summer tan you worked all season for. Your skin’s sun-kissed, you feel loose, relaxed, alive: this is the best your body has felt all year. Why let that fade without capturing it? ☀️

September is when I open a handful of sunrise bo***ir sessions, right on the beach. The heat’s dropped just enough to make those early mornings magic: soft golden light, the sea still warm, everyone else still asleep. 🌊

This is your moment. After a summer of taking care of everyone else, showing up for everyone else, this one’s just for you. A celebration of your body, your tan, this Mediterranean life you love so much.
