LONG POST AHEAD! 💥
So, as some of you know, some months ago we made the decision to move back to USA for personal reasons. After several months debating what was best for us as a family, we took the courage to leave it all behind (once again) and start over, only this time ‘back home’, North Carolina.
Only fam and close friends knew about our move. It has been an excruciating time; from pulling Brandon from his beloved school, taking him away from his friends, getting away from my family & friends and quitting my job, it has been one of the most difficult things we have ever done. We didn’t know if we were doing the right thing or not.. and when we finally made it to USA, all this COVID-19 happened…literally 3 weeks after landing. Finding jobs, schools, area to live, buying cars, in other words, starting from zero, has been exhausting, but finally we see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am so grateful for our families, they have been an amazing support for us, they have done so much and we will always be forever grateful.
Anyway, I wanted to share this with you all because I have also been going through some battles about what to do with my life. Photography has always been my passion and I want to focus on that. I have been working on my website (once again), only this time I did not want to hide under any brand names. I would love for all of our friends and friends of friends to share my contact info and website for any upcoming sessions.
I am very excited to be back and hopefully work with all the beautiful families I used to work with.
And a shoutout to my fellow photographer friends in North Carolina, you know who you are, Crystal Berry Marsh, Stephen Thrift, James Walters for accepting me the way I am and welcome me again!!! I cannot wait to work with you all in the upcoming events.
