For an anatomist like myself, this place is truly fascinating! A small church in Kutna Hora, and hour from Prague, holds decorations made out of real human bones from over 40,000 people! If you ever go to Prague, this place is worth a visit.

This town is only 1 hour away from Madrid. The history and roman architecture in Segovia is truly incredible. If you visit Madrid, this is a must see!

Ireland has a special place in my heart. They have the most fun, friendly and energetic people I've met in a while! Their accent is contagious and the way the tell stories is captivating. The landscapes were breathtaking. We went on a 4 day road trip along Southern Ireland and there were castles everywhere!
I feel like these pictures don't do justice to what we experienced in Ireland, but at least it gives you a small idea of what we saw!

This was my first time in Venice and I felt like a kid in a candy store with my camera! I was surrounded by beauty and histoy...well, and water!
This city was everything I've heard about, but nothing I've seen before! From the moment I exited the train station, all you could see was water and buildings..everywhere!
Beautiful town, amazing food, great music and so much culture!

Last week we drove all the way to Algeciras, a Spanish port in Gibraltar. We took a ferry to cross the Strait of Gibraltar to Ceuta, a Spanish territory in Africa where my cousin lives with her family. Her husband Carlos took us the next day to Tetouan and found a local guide to give us a tour of the Medina. It was truly an amazing experience!

Beautiful Madrid at night! This is the plaza de Cibeles, one of the most iconic places in this city! It was originally built in 1909 as the headquarters of the postal service, and to this date, you can go there to mail your packages!

As I'm stressing out about my dog's journey from the US to Spain today, I like to look at the beautiful side streets of Spain to bring me peace. Soon we will be walking down those streets with our dog!

I developed a passion for photography few years ago and have been wanting to start my own page for a while, but never felt like I was good enough. And then I moved to Europe! It's easy to be inspired here by the architecture, the culture, the people...pretty much everywhere I look around it's a photograph worth taking!
So I finally decided to leave my fear behind and be brave! I'm not doing this to drop my scientific career and make money by taking pictures, but to share with the world how I see Europe as I emerge in this culture.
