Two people. Two countries. One life built somewhere in between.
This is what draws me to intercultural weddings more than anything else. Two people who found each other far from home, who built something new from two completely different worlds, two families, two ways of loving and celebrating and being together. And on their wedding day all of that becomes one room. One table. One story.
María and Romeo brought together two families who had never shared the same air before that day.
Sixty three people under the Empordà sky at Mas Gelabert in Pals, surrounded by olive trees and stone walls that have seen centuries of love pass by.
I always say the best weddings are not the biggest ones. They are the ones where every single person in the room was meant to be there.
This was one of those.
