📸 Geneva, shot on Fujifilm.

A few frames from Geneva, photographed on Fuji with the colours and textures that make me keep coming back to this camera.

📸 I almost missed my first Champions League game as a photographer. ⚽️

✈️ The night before, Storm Kristin hit Portugal. My flight to Lisbon was cancelled, so I had to fly to Porto and take a bus to Lisbon. The storm had left trees down across the roads, but somehow I made it, five hours before kick-off.

🙌 And then everything changed.

🏟️ I was on the pitch at the Estádio da Luz, photographing my first ever Champions League game for adidas x SoccerBible, watching Benfica play Real Madrid.

It rained for the entire 90 minutes, but I wasn’t going to let that stop me.

As a football fan, standing that close to some of the best players in the world was already something I had dreamed about for years.

But then, with the game almost over, Benfica got one final chance.

90+8’.

Trubin, the goalkeeper, scores.

Benfica 4–2 Real Madrid.

🔥 The stadium went completely insane.

📸 I’ve photographed football before, but this night was different. My first Champions League game, my first time shooting at this level, and somehow I ended up witnessing one of the craziest endings imaginable.

A night I’ll never forget.

🙌 Shot for adidas x SoccerBible.

📸 Adi & Miguel in Madrid 🙌

Sometimes the best sessions are the ones that feel effortless. A relaxed afternoon in Madrid, a beautiful setting and two people who made the whole shoot feel completely natural.
