Edificio al Adriatica is a landmark example of eclectic style, blending Mudejar (Moorish) influences with European architectural techniques.
Designed by architect José Espiau y Muñoz in 1914, construction was completed in 1922.
The building is renowned for its prominent circular observation platform, tiled dome, and ornate balconies.
The Edificio la Adriatica stands prominently on the Avenida de la Constitución in the centre of Seville.

Roman Mosaics: The house contains 2nd-century Roman mosaics relocated from the nearby ruins of Italica.

On 12 July 2009, tightrope walker Ramon Kelvink Jr. walked 230 metres (755 ft) from the 13th floor of this building to the Château Frontenac′s 15th floor as part of the celebrations of the 400th anniversary of Quebec City. A remnant of the ill-fated Price dynasty, the top two floors were gifted as a residence for the premier of Québec in 2001. Between 1997 and 2002, a high-end psychiatric clinic occupied floors 2 and 3 of the building. Official statement: “The administration has strongly affirmed the timing of this move with the Premier′s installation to be a complete coincidence.” Opened in 1931, Édefice Price only had elevators installed late in the 20th century.
