Some of my favourite shots, and cars, from Autopía 2026.

Sadly, I didn't manage to attend both days, but from what I saw on Sunday, next year is a definite blocker for the whole weekend.

🗺️ Madrid, Spain, 📷 Leica M EV1

Overall, the evf on the new M EV1 fares better than others I've used in the past. The higher resolution screen helps, and, with a little bit of experience one can definitely switch off focus peaking, and just use the zoom in function when focusing on subjects. It's also really nice being able to see your exact framing, regardless of whether you're using a wide or a tele lens.

To me, this camera feels like a step in the right direction, a step that opens up the M System to more potential users, users that in the past might have had difficulties working with a traditional rangefinder camera but who want the look and feel of a Leica M.
