Now it’s 5 pm in the afternoon, you just finished eating your dim sum and the pineapple🍍whip your bro prepared for you. Michelin three stars 🌸🌸🌸LP Crêpes😁. I did a thin pancake for you the other day and it was very successful. So, I decided to make you the best LP crepe one can make for you. Today, without further ado, I got up while you were still sleeping and made strawberry, brown sugar, and lemon with sugar flavored crepes. Dad tried two before you woke up and he couldn't tell they were low protein until I told him! There is no milk, no flour, no eggs involved.😋😍💖

One thing special about you is that you know how to enjoy simple and plain things. You like your food plain, not mixed up together, so you could taste them you said. I put some vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce on top for the picture. You said it looks like a little snake running away. You asked me how did I get the top so crispy and yummy? Yes•Mapo No•Tofu over LP Rice 🍚50 PHE

Your sister is a big fan of Mapo Tofu. She could eat it every day. You know you can not have tofu but I noticed you have been observing her in silence. Your silence has given me the motivation to make you LP Mapo Tofu. I tried it and your sister tried it. I must say I liked it better. I use agar so when you bite on the LP tofu, it just melts in your mouth as you eat it. Too bad the LP rice waited too long and gotten a little hard. I will need to find a way for them to get a good mix, I know, don’t waste time in taking pictures! 🤣

Boil agar (any form) and coconut milk 1:40 in a pot. When dissolved, pour into a squared or any container, and leave it in the fridge

Use an electric rice cooker to cook two "rice" cups of Cambrooke LP rice. Leave them there until you are ready to serve

In a skillet, put finely chopped 1/4 onion, garlic, green onion, mushroom, chili peppers (I did not put it in mine), 1/2 tbsp finely ground peppercorns plus any vegetable you and your kid like finely chopped. Stir fry with some olive oil and sesame oil on low heat. Add some salt and very little sugar for the taste. Kids should be coming to the kitchen now due to the wonderful smell.

Now you have 3-5 mins to serve and eat. LP rice first, then cubed LP tofu, the sauce goes on top of the tofu and some chopped green onion. Enjoy! My kid can proudly say she had magic LP Mapo Tofu! 🥳💖

Crispy outside soft and chewy inside.🤤Sweet with a tiny taste of sea salt. I over cooked the taro ball a bit and ended up with this senbei like snack. It was nice and tasty. Thanks for finishing them so fast even though they were hot.☺️

You asked me if you can have sushi with real rice. I struggled a little and said yes because your past level was good. These were really small but you were over joyed. Mixing avocado roll with real rice, means the rice will easily stick togther as one piece. I have been infected by your happiness and now we are laughing together in the kitchen. 🤗🥰😁

M's Rho Ophiuchi ⭐️🌌💖

I don’t usually post astro images nor art in this account. However, I just got this from my kid today and I was blown away by her talent. This is an abstract image of an area in the night sky called Rho Ophiuchi, a multiple star system in the constellation Ophiuchus. She did this inspired by an original piece from Wikipedia, an astro image from her dad. What can I say? I am more than proud and blessed to be in this family 😊💖🤩
