A la història de l'Agustí (fundador) s'escriu al llibre de bitàcora:
Patró de barco des de jove ha obert un restaurant amb història familiar i amb la pesca al centre de la proposta. El producte arriba tant fresc que es mou abans de que te'l cuinin amb passió.
L'Andrea (filla) porta el servei amb simpatia i saber fer i la Olga (la dona) als fogons mira que tot surti amb respecte pel producte.
Si una imatge val més que mil paraules la última foto resumeix l'ambient de l'equip.

At the story of Agustí (founder) is written in the logbook:
Boat skipper since he was young, he has opened a restaurant with a family history and with the art of fishing at the center of the proposal.
The product arrives so fresh that it moves before it is cooked for you with passion.
Andrea (daughter) leads the service with sympathy and know-how and Olga (the wife) in the kitchen makes sure that everything comes out with respect for the product.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, the last photo sums up the team's atmosphere.

Quan la em va demanar de fer fotografies al seu restaurant de nou em va fer una ilusió tremenda.

El brief era un moodboard preciós ple de referències triades amb molt de gust. L'objectiu era materialitzar una visió una mica menys tocada i posada i treure imatges que respirin quotidianitat i que no estiguin super produïdes. M'aparta una mica del meu estil de plats solitaris i iluminació amb flaix buscant el protagonisme en l'execució, cosa que em va fer aproparme a una mirada més romàntica i vivencial. Un repte molt agradable de treballar de la seva mà.

Algunes d'aquestes (i altres imatges que treuré en un segon post) han estat publicades a la revista amb un recull de millors restaurants a Barcelona. Val la pena mirar-lo a la web.

Com sempre tant el com en .socarrat i tota la resta de l'equip ho van posar molt fàcil. Moltes gràcies ❣️

When asked me to take photos in her restaurant again, I was extremely joyful.

The brief was a beautiful moodboard full of references chosen with great criteria. The goal was to materialize a vision that was a little less posed and to take images that breathe everyday life and that were not super produced. It moved me away a little from my style of solitary dishes and flash lighting, seeking the spotlight in the ex*****on, which made me approach a more romantic and experiential look. A very pleasant challenge to work with her.

Some of these (and other images that I will take in a second post) have been published in the magazine with a collection of the best restaurants in Barcelona. It is worth looking at it on the web.

As always, both , .socarrat and the rest of the team made it very easy. Thank you very much ❣️
