She had built a company, closed the funding round, hired a team of 20, and still look at her body with a judgement.

I see this constantly.

Professional success trains you to perform, deliver, be evaluated, but it rarely teach you to just exist in your own body without assessing it. Those are two completely different skills, and most high-achieving women only ever build one.

We know why - big part of the business world still runs by serving the old hustle culture or through, so popularly used, a toxic masculinity that partly disconnects us as women from the way we function, the way we’re designed to do business. It’s either we’re unsure how to use our strengths or working in an environment that serving the pattern is the only way forward.

Does any of these it sound familiar:

Comfortable being seen professionally, but uncomfortable being seen personally.

Confident giving a talk to 200 people, but tense in front of a single camera.

Can list your accomplishments instantly, but struggle to name one thing you like about your body.

What I’ve learned by photographing women for two decades is that feeling at home in your body isn’t a reward you get after achieving enough. Nothing from the outside can fill the gap on the inside, and tested by myself, nothing is ever enough. It’s a separate practice, and like anything else, it can be built deliberately, not waited for.

This is exactly what happens during a photo session with me. Not focused on performance, or achievement. Just on being witnessed as you are - on purpose, without judgement, maybe for the first time in years.

When was the last time you looked at yourself without evaluating anything?

DM me if you’d like to talk. You’re in safe hands.

We often get it mixed up - self-care/love/observation/admiration is not a bad narcissistic trace. If you’re not harming others, there’s nothing wrong with it.

Living with portraits do yourself is an auto reminder to see, observe and accept who you are. This gives you a reality check of your magnificent, power and strength, of how far you’ve come.

You see more others and the outside world which often trap us in the limiting story of the negative voice inside. Seeing yourself helps you gain confidence and empowerment.

Because nothing from the outside can fill the hole inside, but the fullness of the inside can better the whole external experience.

This is what happens in the studio privately.

It’s much more powerful than just a photo of yourself taken by yourself. It’s not only a way to truly see and accept yourself, but also to build the connection required to live a more fulfilled life within yourself.

I tested it and proved it. And keep practicing it regularly. Because just like muscles, if you don’t use it, you loose it.

It hurts me when I see you how you try to shrink, adjust and keep quiet. When you sit in the corner, because someone once made you feel like you have nothing interesting to say. The way you change outfits at the last minute, because you’re afraid they won’t accept you if they knew who you truly are.

What if your greatest gift is to be just the way you were created? What if you’re not too much, but rather unique? What if it’s time to step on your pedestal awaiting you for so long?

I’m guilty of the above too. But the power of photography and life challenges pushed me into finding a way out. And now I want to give you the shortcut.

Comment GUIDE below and I’ll personally walk you through.

When one is at home, time stops.
Sensuality flows more natural than ever.
Along with the water, in the middle of the forest.
My camera shutter is the only foreign sound there,
yet the only way to capture your magnificent.

Every destination experience has a story. What would yours tell?

The difference is big, the line is thin. I see it getting mixed all the time. Women usually sense it, men have to be educated.

All those years of professional and personal experience have given me the knowledge, the tools and the solution. Along with the guts to keep bringing it up for discussion.

In a world obsessed with 0ñlyfans, being Fine Art is a royal status. It’s like the difference between Chanel and Primark. Or better said, between owned and ownership.

You have the freedom to choose.

And one DM away from your personalised transformation.

Sun kissed, water dipped birthday suit ☀️

Our intelligent body is always talking and guiding us, if only we listen. Despite my work and personal experience, I’ve had moments of complete disconnection with the body I live in. Moving to Spain for me was a way to get closer again to the sun and sea, as living in the UK for 11 years had deprived me from my main grounding tools. It took me 2-3 years to become comfortable again in nature, without somehow fearing it.

I know it might sounds strange, but is the truth. There’s a reason you don’t feel well in certain places, with certain people, doing certain jobs or activities. Your body knows it before your mind start convincing you.

Photography has given me the tools and power to help myself and others in personal development process through visual representation. It still amazes me how it works, but it does every time.

When you feel comfortable within your home, it reflects in everything you do outside. Your body is your first home.

Luckily I’m based in a place with a longer summer period. DM me if you’re interested in such destination photo experiences 🍉
