I watched my parents develop their films when I was little, and yesterday I developed and scanned my own film for the first time 🫶🏻 Thank you for this workshop 🎞️ It was interesting and not as tricky as I imagined. I enjoyed myself and learned a lot 🙌🏻

This family has the sweetest tradition — a photo session every year during their travels. I was lucky to be their photographer this time in Barcelona ✨ Film and digital photos (can you tell them apart?😄)

I love seeing other people’s film photos, so I keep posting mine 💛

In September we had a long weekend trip to France, and I must say, five years is my favourite age so far. We had so much fun)

The area of Axe-les-Thermes is beautiful and perfect for a family trip. We visited the hot pools twice, walked around the town, and even went hiking with our daughter.

Unfortunately, the plans for our adventure park (rope climbers, swings, etc.) in the forest next to a river were ruined by foggy weather. It was extremely romantic, though, and we should definitely try it again in summer 🌞

Some of the photos were taken by my little one, and I’m very proud of her 🥹

P.S. I didn’t expect the mushroom photo to turn out so well!

Hi, I'm Nadia 🙌🏻 This post is about me

• I like reading since my childhood - adventure, romance, fantasy - books expand my imagination and inspire me. They are my way to escape and recharge. I could do without many things, but books are essential to me.

• I use my Sony digital camera a couple of film cameras: Canon 300 and Olympus Mju II, and I love them all. I’m a big sucker for the analog photos and colors. My favorite film stock is Kodak Portra 400 and Gold 200.

• I’ve been wearing wide and anatomically shaped (barefoot) shoes only since early 2023 because I value comfort and health. The design is cool too :)

• I love nature and open spaces. I feel blessed to live just 10 minutes from the sea and less than 1 hour driving to the mountains. However I am allergic to some plant pollen :)

• I’m a mother of a little daughter. It’s not easy, but I love her to the moon and back with all my heart, she’s a sweetie. I love being a mother. Also, we celebrated our 10 years anniversary with my husband this year 🖤

• I have a degree in design and printing. I have learnt a lot about composition, colour theory, printing requirements and many more tools at the university and use them every day in my work.

• I’m a highly sensitive person. It’s both my weakness and my superpower. I can’t stand loud noises, crowds or direct bright light.
But it helps me see and feel more when I’m photographing portraits or events. I can only be in a noisy crowd when I’m taking pictures because it allows me to concentrate on the moments and photos, and not get overwhelmed.

• Originally from Ukraine, I lived in Amsterdam for almost 2 years and have been in Barcelona for 2 years.

• I have been a people photographer since 2010. I believe every person is beautiful and every story is exceptional. I feel blessed to capture it through my camera. My brand’s name is “tepli photo”, which means “warm photos” in Ukrainian, and that is what my photos turn out to be ☀️
