Barcelona has a way of turning everyday scenes into little cinematic frames — a disco ball in a narrow alley, a businessman walking through a perfect beam of light, a quiet lunch behind hanging plants, someone taking a smoke break in a sun-cut doorway, even a pigeon watching over a market stall. The city is full of character if you slow down enough to notice it.
