No-Bake Sugar Free Lemon Pie
Melt 8 oz of cream cheese, add two cups of heavy whipping cream and sugar free lemon pudding. Mix. Add 1/2 a cup of lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Mix. Pour mixture into pecan pie crust. Let cool in fridge for 30 mins. Add whipped topping. Enjoy!😋

Blueberry Muffins Recipe:
• 1 cup blueberries
• 3 cups almond flour (try to use as finely graded as you can find, so your muffins aren't gritty!)
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup swerve
• 5 oz of Plain Greek yogurt
• 1tbs baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375. Whisk the eggs and then add the yogurt, vanilla & swerve and mix together. Add almond flour and baking powder and mix. Carefully fold in the blueberries. Divide batter into 10. Bake for 25 minutes.

Melt tbsp butter in small glass dish, mix in 3 tbsp of almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt and one egg. Pop in microwave for 90 seconds, let cool, slice into two and then melt butter on a pan and fry up.

Philly cheese steak casserole! Got the recipe from someone else’s video somewhere! Super good, just tried it today!😍
2Lbs hamburger
3 sliced bell peppers
1 sliced onion
4oz cream cheese
6-8 slices provolone
1/4 cup chicken broth
Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder.
Cook and drain hamburger, add onions and peppers(cook till soft), add seasoning(mix), add cream cheese(mix till melted), add chicken broth(mix), add to casserole dish, top with cheese, then bake at 350 till cheese is melted.
I just ate mine plain, but though maybe you could eat it in a wrap or on some Keto toast.

Super Simple Sausage Balls: just sausage, cheese & eggs.
I often add cream cheese, sometimes almond flour, love them with spinach & diced onion 😋 but you can't beat this simple version of cheesy sausage balls!
📌 Super Simple Sausage Balls
* 1 pound tube of raw ground sausage
* 8oz bag of shredded cheddar (2 cups)
* 2 eggs
Makes: 24
Macros: 93 calories, 0.6 carbs, 7.6 fat, 5.6 protein
🥚🧀 Mix it all together with your hands, roll into 2 tbsp size balls, bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown

Ok..... we have a problem! Someone posted this recipe on this page. I can see me overeating when I make it! It’s that good!! The recipe is 1 cup mozzarella,1 cup parmesan, 1 egg, mix well sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning put parchment paper in the cookie sheet and spray with pam oven on at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. I used 12 minutes or until the edges start to brown, then turn the broiler on for 1 minute remove from oven and enjoy. Would work for a pizza crust. It was called cheesy bread.

Went to mcdonalds today and got a Big Mac with no buns and went n got on highway n went to go eat it and realized it was really light n something was missing besides the buns tht i requested to take off.. 🤦‍♀️🙎‍♀️🙍‍♀️turned the car back around i go and went in to talk to manager and she couldnt figure out what was missing besides the bun. Omg..

This was dinner…. Someone mentioned that it was high in carbs. I thought I did good. Am I wrong? I’m new to this.
Red, yellow and orange peppers, zucchini, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms and sausage.
I put them all together in a bowl and tossed in EVOO and placed them in a single layer on the pan. I sprinkled garlic powder, chili powder, Mrs dash onion & herb and Mrs dash vegetable seasoning on them. Baked @ 400 for 8 minutes, flipped everything and baked another 8 minutes. Veggies were done, but still crisp and not soggy.
