مش كل حاجة بنخاف منها… إحنا جربناها.
ساعات بنخاف من حاجة بس لأن حد قبلنا قال لنا إنها تخوف.
والسؤال الحقيقي:
إيه الخوف اللي جواك… ومش عارف أصلًا بدأ منين؟

Not everything we’re afraid of is something we’ve actually experienced.
Sometimes, we’re afraid of something simply because someone before us told us it was scary.
The real question is:
What fear do you carry without even knowing where it started?

ساعات بتبقى شايل هم حاجة جدًا… وبعد فترة تبص ورا وتقول: أنا كنت قلقان ليه؟
في حاجات كتير في حياتي اتحلت بطريقة ماكنتش عامل حسابها، خطوة ورا خطوة… لحد ما اكتشفت إني مشيت مسافة كبيرة.
الحمد لله على الأيام اللي عدّت، وعلى الناس اللي كانت موجودة فيها ❤️
إيه حاجة حصلتلك في حياتك وماكنتش متخيل إنها هتتحل بالطريقة دي؟

Sometimes you worry so much about how something will work out… then you look back and wonder why you were so worried.
A lot of things in my life worked out in ways I never expected, one small step at a time… until I realized how far I had come.
Grateful for the days that passed, and for the people who were there through them. ❤️

التملّك مش دايمًا بيبان في صورة سيطرة… ساعات بيبان في جملة: «ده ابننا».
بس إمتى الاهتمام يتحول لتدخّل؟ وإمتى يبقى من حق كل واحد يبني بيته وحياته بطريقته؟

Possessiveness doesn’t always look like control… sometimes it sounds like: “He’s our son.”
But when does care turn into interference? And when does everyone have the right to build their own home and life their own way?

يمكن أنت بتعمل حاجة شايفها عادية جدًا…
بس في بيت تاني، حد عمره ما شافها.

Don’t be embarrassed.
To help, to share, and to carry your part with the person you love.
Manhood isn’t about leaving everything to the person beside you…
It’s knowing that a home is a partnership, and life is meant to be shared. 🤍
You might be doing something that feels completely normal to you…
while someone else may have never seen it before.

ساعات المشكلة مش إن الحاجة مشيت...
المشكلة إننا كنا رابطين حياتنا كلها بيها.
شخص، مكان، شغل، أو حتى إحساس معين...
ولما يتحرك من مكانه، بنحس إن حياتنا اتحركت معاه.
يمكن اللي محتاج يتغير مش اللي قدامك...
يمكن اللي محتاج يتغير هو تعلقك بيه.
ما تمشيش ورا حاجة متغيرة، وتنسى الطريق اللي لسه قدامك. 🤍
إيه أكتر حاجة حسيت في وقت إنها كانت محور حياتك؟

Sometimes the problem isn’t that something left…
It’s that we had built our whole life around it.
A person, a place, a job, or even a certain feeling…
And when it moves, we feel like our whole life moved with it.
Maybe what needs to change isn’t what’s in front of you…
Maybe it’s your attachment to it.
Don’t chase something that keeps changing and forget the road that’s still ahead of you. 🤍

مش كل حاجة بنفكر فيها… تستاهل تاخد مننا كل المساحة دي.
ساعات بنسيب دماغنا مفتوحة،
فأي فكرة تدخل… تكبر.
موقف صغير يبقى مشكلة،
والفكرة تبقى إحساس،
والإحساس يبقى واقع بنعيشه.
وأنا أول واحد بعمل كده.
يمكن أوقات… كل اللي محتاجينه إننا نقول:
خلاص.
ما تسيبش دماغك للهواء.

Not everything we think about deserves all that space in our minds.
Sometimes we leave our minds wide open,
so any little thought gets bigger.
A small situation becomes a problem,
a thought becomes a feeling,
and that feeling becomes a reality we start living in.
And honestly, I’m guilty of doing that too.
Maybe sometimes all we need to say is:
Enough.
Don’t leave your mind to the air.

إحنا بنقضي وقت كبير بنبص على اللي ناقص... وننسى إن حوالينا نعم، لو راحت... ساعتها بس هنعرف قيمتها.
يمكن النهارده... قبل ما تطلب حاجة جديدة... تبص على اللي معاك الأول.
يمكن تكتشف إن عندك نعم أكتر بكتير مما كنت فاكر. 🤍
وفي الآخر... الامتنان مش بيغير اللي عندك... بس بيغير الطريقة اللي بتشوف بيها حياتك.

We spend so much time focusing on what's missing... that we forget to appreciate what we already have.
Sometimes, before asking for something new... take a moment to notice what's already in your hands.
You may realize... you're surrounded by more blessings than you ever noticed. 🤍
In the end... Gratitude doesn't change your life. It changes the way you see it.

في حاجات في حياتنا… بنتخيل إن ينفع نأجلها.
لكن الحقيقة… مش كل حاجة ليها "بعدين".
لو حد جه في بالك… يمكن دي إشارتك إنك تكلمه دلوقتي.
ما تأجلش.

Some things in life feel like they can wait.
The truth is… not everything has a "later."
If someone came to your mind today… maybe that's your sign to reach out.
Don't wait.

كلنا كان عندنا "أول مرة"… أول مرة حسينا إن الدنيا أكبر مننا.
بس مع الوقت اكتشفنا… إننا ماكنّاش صغيرين، إحنا بس كنّا في أول الطريق.
إيه أول موقف فاكره لحد النهارده… لأنه غيّرك؟

We all had that "first time"… The first moment we felt the world was bigger than us.
With time, we realized… We were never too small. We were simply at the beginning of the journey.
What's one moment you'll never forget because it changed you?

في الآخر... إحنا مش بنفتقد الأماكن.
إحنا بنفتقد الناس... اللي كانت بتخلي كل مكان يبقى له حكاية.
ولو عندك أصحاب... كل ما تتقابلوا تبدأوا بـ: "فاكر لما..."
فأنت أغنى مما تتخيل. 🤍

In the end... We don't really miss places.
We miss the people... who gave those places a story.
If you still have friends where every reunion begins with, "Remember when..."
you're richer than you think. 🤍
