We're Hiring Customer Service Agents for SHUTTER SHOP*
Job Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, Chat and in person
-Resolve customer issues and provide the best solutions
-Support E-commerce shoppers
-Rotational days off (after completing two months of training)
-8hrs shifts
-Qualifications
-1-2 years of experience max
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
-Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
-Basic English language level is required
-Knowledge of photography equipment and terminology is a plus
-High school diploma or equivalent is a must!
-Maximum age 28
