I just want you to know
That the stress you feel to pay your bills
Is the same struggle whether you’re making a 10, 100, 10,000 pounds a year
It feels the same
So why spend time on small problems if you can spend that same time focusing to solve bigger ones
If you’re annoyed because a friend doesn’t ask you out
Or someone cut you off in traffic
Or you think someone offended you
Or a co-worker is being a little rude
Then you’re screwed!
Because you worry about the wrong things
Spend that energy pampering yourself to be able to solve bigger problems and accomplish more.

I knew an adventure is going to happen.

Love is the only boat we can ride in to reach happinesss.
But, we have to paddle together in order not to go in circles.

We’re riding a boat in the middle of the sea
With no compass
And no one to rely on except each other

Although, We can’t direct the wind that troubles us
But we can adjust our sails

You are always stressed, you feel overwhelmed, you have to keep up. You have to take care of your family, work everyday, be always up to date, maintain your social life and keep your friends close. And with all that, you have to stay healthy and focused.

You don’t have the luxury to take any wrong decision, you have to be 24/7 focused. Everything just seem too much and you feel that you can’t cope.
Sometimes you even feel stunned, frozen and unable to act.

t’s been a difficult couple of years for all of us. It’s no wonder that everything just feels too much sometimes.

But, remember t’s a breakdown of thoughts, not of life. Take a deep breath, These emotions are so natural, and believe me when I say that I am sure you’ve felt this way before and things can turn around quickly.

Your problems may not be as bad as you think.
Don’t hesitate to take a break, have time with yourself first, set your priorities.
You need to set boundaries to every single criteria of your life if you feel it will breaks your priorities.
And be in the moment, stay focused on one thing at a time.

I took this shot while I was floating in the middle of the pool thinking
“Those trees can’t see how symmetrically harmonious they are, but us, as humans, we can see how beautiful they are.”

Likewise, you may think you’re not good enough, but, others can see how special and amazing you are.

Since graduation and I am trying to answer just one question
I have a nice job that I enjoy doing, wonderful parents, caring sister, bunch of close friends, nice house, then… what’s lacking? Where is the missing piece of the puzzle to my happiness. Why I always see myself not worthy of all this?

And every time I am feeling down, I got reminded that I am mistreating myself, that I am lacking self-love, that people, specially friends, they see me way too differently than I see myself.

This is just a reminder to all of you, love yourself, care for your health. It’s not selfishness to give yourself a break and think what’s good for you.

- I do, why would I cross oceans for someone who will never do it for me?
= Well, because you do it for yourself, not for them.
- True, but It may hurt when they don't reciprocate.
= Definitely, but better hurt than hardened.
I tell you DO cross oceans for people, all people.
No conditions attached, no wondering whether or not they are worthy.
Cross oceans, climb mountains.
Life and love aren’t about what you gain, it's about what you give.

Some steps should take its time.
As long as you are on the right track, resting is important...

Take a rest to review where you started, what’s your destination and what are the blockers.

Don’t rush,
Don’t be harsh on yourself,
Just take all the time you need to get there...You got this!

I’ve been showing this picture to different people, asking them to describe the first thing that comes to their mind.
The majority said “It’s a nostalgic picture!”
It reminds them of traveling, living abroad and some said it’s a reminder of the light at the end of the road.

I went through a phase where I thought nostalgia is hurtful: It’s a bit terrifying how someone can be stuck in their old memories...
Søren Kierkegaard once wrote “Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards”, and it never made more sense.
