Shutter VCPC An after school club founded by Loyal Victorians

Who we are:
- Shutter VCPC (Victoria College Photography Club) is one of the Loyal Victorians after School Clubs.
- Shutter is a Victorian Community that gathers all those who have an interest in photography. What we do:
- We, at Shutter,hold exhibits and contests among the Victorian Photographers not only the Club members.
- Shutter covers all Victoria College and the Loyal Victorians events in coordination with the media committee of each event.
