I'm hiring a socials editor to take over some of the editing.
THE WORK
— Turn video content that I shoot into reels.
— Create static images and carousels from my templates. Your job is to apply a system, not invent one.
— Work in whatever tools suit you the best.
YOU
— You cut for retention and can explain why someone leaves at second three.
— You have proof of actual client work.
— You can hold a layout together. I don't need a designer but someone who notices when something sits wrong.
— You hit deadlines without being chased.
— You take direction and still have opinions.
WHAT THIS ISN'T
— A full-time job. Freelance, paid per piece.
— An internship or a "portfolio opportunity."
— Brand design. The system is built.
— An agency. No account manager, no client calls, you work with me :)
