I work at this little bar a couple days a week to work on my danish. Since I’ve started this job, I’ve been working on a playlist. Now, most of you have never been here, to hear my genius. This year I will likely photograph my 400th wedding and it has me thinking about love. Sometimes I hear people on what is clearly their first date, and it sounds like an interview for a business partnership. I confess that I have always been a hopeless romantic who just hopes for magic. I totally believe in love at first sight or that feeling of when you just click. When you make eye contact and you cannot help but kiss the person. I think I’ve clicked with maybe three people in my entire life and is that love? Is that the feeling of our souls recognizing each other? Or just our synapses firing at the same rhythm? Is love a choice? Or do we need to be with our one true love, and our souls won’t be happy without them? I hope you have found your special someone and that you are blissfully happy. You deserve all the love in the world. xo, b

Just realized that I haven’t posted a pic of me in probably like, five years. So, I’m Rebecca, but everyone calls me Becci, but I sign my name as just ‘b’ because I’ve always hated my name. I live in Copenhagen, in Denmark. I love lemon and carbs. I sing along loudly to music that’s in my AirPods, at the grocery store. I’ll also throw in bad dance moves. I dream, vividly, and in color. I also really LOVE this cat, something crazy.
