Black Honey aka 
part 1

Back when Greta Van Fleet played Forum, they had of course brought some support with them. One of those bands was Black Honey.

I’ve definitely experienced bands with support bands that just don’t fit in, black Honey was not one of them. The vibe that they have is very much like Greta Van Fleet, but at the same time they are just going with their own vibe.

The approach hey have to their music and the way they deliver it to the audience’s is something else! There was a clear connection between them and the people in the crowd.

It was really a pleasure.

Greta Van Fleet aka
Part 1

Well it’s been a hot photo-moment since I’ve done arena shows or shows in general, but when Greta Van Fleet was announced that they were coming to Denmark, was there no doubt about that I was going!

And what a show! There’s no doubt that they have really stepped the stage game up since last time I saw them!! This show was really something else! And a show that I won’t forget.

Now… I have a little special thanks to the Greta Van Fleet light person… cuz omfg! This was a show with true light p**n! Everything looked absolutely insane and so beautiful 🥹 so thank you to you!

All in all I was a really great show and the energy from the band and the people in the front was out of this world.

Nova Twins aka
Part 1

Moving on with my roskilde series we’ve finally come to one of my roskilde highlights. As the very true emo girl I once was… I’ve had my fair share of Bring me The Horizon (still have tho haha). Anyways BMTH did a song with Nova Twins a couple of years ago, and that was my official introduction to Nova Twins.

I of course had to catch them when they played a roskilde, and so I did. In the middle of the night, the two lady’s hit the stage with their drummer and went on to throw us a party. Despite the pouring rain and muddy ground everyone was just having the night of their lives and so did I!

Blur aka
Part 1

Soooooo this was someting else! And I ended up having a quite out of body experience. When I stated this photography thing back in October 2021 I’ve never dreamt of I would be standing in front of one of Denmarks most famous stages and take pictures of a band such as Blur.

Disclaimer! It’s gonna be a little sentimental haha!
It really hit me like a rock while standing alongside 38 other photographers, that I was standing in front of Orange stage and taking pictures of blur, like what happened, how did I get here, just overall a pure wtf (sorry about the language) moment. It completely knocked me off my feet, and I still living high on that experience!

Back to the important stuff haha, there’s no doubt that Blur is a band that have really created something for themselves, and they are without a doubt a band that somehow have passed out lot of our lives. What a day!

Omsorg - Day 1

This post has taken a while, because I really wanted to take the time and write this right.

If you been following along, you know that some while ago I spend a couple of days and nights on the set of “Omsorg”. “Omsorg” is a short film that builds on the song from SYL with the very same name.

There were really a lot of emotions involved in this project, and it was really strong emotions that I’m sure everyone on set felt. the story of this short film, is not mine to tell but I definitely recommend you to go to sofie’s profile and read about it. Because it really is an important story to tell.

I feel beyond honored to have been a part of this, and I have definitely made me set things in perspective. And I can’t wait to see the final result!

Siamese aka

One of the few, Danish bands I managed to see at roskilde, was Siamese. There was not doubt that this was something the band had been looking forward to, and was something that was really important for them.

The show was really good, the energy that the band and the crowd had was something else and the people I talked to afterwards was really excited about the show, as deserved.

Eyes aka
Part 1

It is time…. Time to continue the Roskilde series 🥳 And next up of the faves… Eyes. There is no doubt that are you danish, and into hardcore you know who these guys are.

Eyes is without a doubt on of the leading bands on the Danish hardcore scene, and with good reason. They never fail to deliver a show that will leave you with blood, sweat and tears haha, but it’s all very worth it. They sure as s**t also delivered at Roskilde even though the timeslot they had gotten was a bit of, they still showed all how you are supposed to start the day right.

The show was mind-blowing, and I can only leave you here with the major recommendation to go see them live if you haven’t… also if you have haha

Lorna Shore aka

This ladys and gents are the beginning of my Roskilde 2023 series! I will be posting pics from the concerts I took pics at during Roskilde. I need to grat Roskilde something because as many know the hightligt of my year is always Copenhell, but I must say that even though Roskildes metal program wasn’t big, the bands sure as s**t were more relevant than the majority of the bands at Copenhell. Roskilde really managed to get some good and more upbeat bands compared to the majority of Copenhell’s lineup! Copenhell I still love u, but you need to get some newer bands!

Now Lorna Short was one of the main reasons I wanted to go to Roskilde in the first place. Lorna Shore never fails to deliver and I mean the music people, it’s everything!!! Lorna Shore have really managed to build a name for themselves not to forget their in unique sound.

Therefore seeing them on the Roskilde poster was a true moment of joy. And of course they did not disappoint! They kicked all out a little butts so far (in)to the Hellfire (haha) that we probably won’t getting out again. A great concert, great company and just a really good first day at Roskilde!

Vulvatorious aka

So if you have been keeping an small eye out on upcoming bands over the last couple of months, you properly know Vulvatorious! I really have a lot respect for these guys, cause their music is just soul ripping, and just the way it’s supposed to be!

It was major thing for me to get to take some pics of them, cuz I really think that the music they are making and their whole attitude is just something else!

I really think they have a very bright future ahead of them if they keep doing this! Because they are doing something that is completely their own, and for that they have all me respect.

Throwe aka

Well it’s been while… but it’s great to be back! I had the true pleasure of being asked to come and take some pics at the good guys in TEL as they celebrated the release of their new album.

With them they had brought two amazing bands as support where one of them was Throwe. They really had a insane energy on stage, not to forget the energy there was offstage among the crowd! It was truly a pleasure seeing them and getting to capture them in their right element.

Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes aka

As mentioned, I went to see Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes a couple of days ago! And what a fu***ng show! (Sorry for the language). It was really something! the energy and the whole vibe at this show was just out of this world! I’ve never seen a band or a man having so much energy even when he’s sing the more quiet songs.

Everyone was really there and in touch with the audience, resulting in a very memorable concert that probably won’t be forgotten. Sadly the audience was not so fun at some times, but otherwise it was really good!
