The Königsee and the smaller Obersee lake (where we took these pictures) are just absolutely stunning. Yes, there are quite a few tourists. Taking photos there is an exercise of patience, finding the right (quiet) spots, avoiding other people, waiting for passers by to get out of the shot… But the moment you get there, you understand why - it’s just breathtakingly beautiful. One year ago I photographed Emil and his sister Valentina, when Emil was still a newborn. Now, one year later, I got the chance to photograph them again, and it was such an honour! Photographing siblings is something that truly makes my heart warm... And these two were extra cute. Wasserburg am Inn is a jewel in the heart of Bavaria, a really romantic small city, packed with history. It is also Daniela's hometown, and so served as the backdrop for Daniela and Benedikt's small civil wedding with family and close friends. I fell in love the minute I got there.
