On our way to Bodensee we stopped by at the Residenz Würzburg. There is a lot to see and love around Würzburg but the huge gardens around this castle impressed us the most! So I had a photo in mind which represents the beauty of the building but also focuses on the gardens around. Luckily, I found this spot and had some nice weather to comfort this photography.

Graffiti art at a lost place.
In my home town there is an old brick factory, which is abandoned for several years now. Obviously, some really good graffiti artists used these walls as canvas.

On the top walls of the old town of Pienza you have a wonderful view of the Tuscany landscapes. The warm light just before the sunset filled the green fields and mountains with lovely soft shades.

As I even didn't plan to visit Laos, my time here was limited to less than 48 hours. But: I never took so many photos of one place in such few time. I will definitely visit Laos again! This shot is from Kuang si waterfalls, near Luang Prabang. This place was magical! So many waterfalls, clean blue water, located in a cozy forest. What a day trip!

Earlier this year I visited Abu Dhabi and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
To be honest I only came to Abu Dhabi to see this mosque and what should I say: it was absolutely worth it!
I have visited a lot of castles, temples, churches and other sightseeing buildings but none of them was so huge, perfectly illuminated and symmetric like this one. A must see in UAE and a one of a kind mosque.

When travelling to a new country i ask myself, what kind of photos will i be looking for? Thinking about Cuba, a photo of a man smoking a big cigar was one of those pictures i had in my mind.
So glad I took a day tour in vinales where we visited a to***co plantation. This man showed us how to roll and ignite a cuban cigar. Did you know they put honey on one end to make it taste sweeter?

you've seen this teapot in a post long time ago ;)
Now here's the Berber, preparing the tea. Regarding to our guide this man is more than 90 years old and looks so healthy because of the tea and the argan oil, the Berbers produce.
Well you might guess, next stop was an Argan oil mill ;-)
But Marrakesh was a great trip after all and I love the Arabic people , the sun and the fruits. Worth a 2nd trip soon :D

the blue mosque in Istanbul
One of the most impressive building I've ever seen. The several windows illuminate this huge mosque, creating a unique light atmosphere. I spent a lot of time here taking photos , this is one of my favourite destinations so far. thank you, Turkey! 😉
