Another year comes to an end, filled with numerous beautiful experiences, new friendships, and the highs and lows of life. It has been a time of personal development. However, with every ending, a new beginning unfolds. ✨

The traditional Kandahar .swiss winter boot, CRESTA, crafted with careful handiwork in Switzerland since 1932, stands as a timeless classic and the original model among exquisite lifestyle winter shoes. 🥾❄️ Experiencing a revival in various designs, it is enjoying renewed popularity.

Fun fact: Charlie Chaplin himself enjoyed his time in Mürren, in the Swiss Alps, during the après-ski period, wearing precisely this model of shoe. He lived in Switzerland since 1952. 🏔️

May the Christmas bring joy, peace, and warmth to all of you, my dear friends here on Instagram. Wishing you contemplative hours with your loved ones, a radiant Christmas, and a successful transition into the new year filled with happiness, health, and success! 🎄♥️

Reflecting on the beauty of springtime, turquoise waters, and delicious seafood along the enchanting Italian coastline. 🇮🇹🍷🌊

Manarola, my favorite of the five villages, is a charming coastal village nestled within the picturesque Cinque Terre region of Italy. Known for its vibrant, pastel-colored buildings perched along the rugged cliffs, Manarola offers breathtaking views of the Ligurian Sea. The village is renowned for its scenic hiking trails, such as the famous Via dell’Amore, and its thriving fishing community. With its idyllic setting, Manarola stands as a captivating destination that captures the essence of the Italian Riviera.

Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage site on the Italian Riviera, comprises five charming villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. Beyond its scenic beauty, Cinque Terre boasts a culinary paradise, with delectable seafood and local specialties awaiting exploration. The warm hospitality of the locals and the rich cultural tapestry woven into each village add a layer of depth to the experience, creating a perfect harmony of nature, gastronomy, and community. 🍽️🏡

Eibsee is a place filled with unforgettable memories for me. Five years ago, we had our first photographers’ gathering here, where I met incredible people from around the world who are still among my closest friends today. 🤍 Now, after my thigh fracture, I am here again for the first time, able to climb onto the rock and stand on it securely – a symbol of overcoming challenges and personal growth.

For a secure hold and warm feet, I’m wearing my «Retro» boot from Kandahar - a brand that has beenimpressing with Swiss🇨🇭quality and durability since 1932 and is celebrating a revival this season.

Nestled in the heart of Alsace, a region painted in the warm hues of autumn, I embarked on an overlanding journey through this enchanting part of France. Alsace's unique charm, with its colorful vineyards, half-timbered houses, and rolling hills, provided the perfect backdrop for my adventure.

Autumn had cast a magical spell on the region, as vineyards donned their vibrant fall colors, and the air carried the crisp scent of harvest. Each village I encountered seemed like a page from a storybook, with cobbled streets and centuries-old architecture.

As I traversed the winding roads, each twist and turn revealed a new facet of Alsace's beauty. The region's rich history, evident in its medieval castles and charming towns, added depth to the journey. Overlanding through Alsace in the fall felt like stepping into a fairytale, where time seemed to stand still.

The local cuisine, known for its hearty Alsatian dishes and world-renowned wines, offered a delightful culinary journey. I savored flammekueche, explored local markets, and indulged in wine tastings that perfectly complemented the season's flavors.

The Land Cruiser 80 series, my trusty companion, effortlessly navigated the region's diverse terrain, ensuring that every moment of the journey was filled with awe and wonder. Together with Alsace's autumnal splendor, it was an adventure that captured the essence of this timeless and picturesque region.

Fall in love with the Dolomites 🍂

The mountains are ablaze with golden larches and fiery maples, creating a stunning contrast with the jagged peaks and blue skies. This is the best time to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage site, before the snow arrives and the ski season begins. Whether you hike, bike, or drive, you'll be amazed by the scenery and the culture of this region. Don't miss this opportunity to experience the Dolomites in autumn! 🧡

As I celebrate my birthday, I reflect on life's struggles, motivation, and staying true to oneself. The challenges shape us, revealing our strength and resilience. Staying motivated means committing to our goals despite setbacks. Society often pressures us to conform, but authenticity matters more. Patience and persistence are key in a world of instant gratification.

I draw inspiration from those who embraced their unique path despite adversity. Today, I celebrate the importance of discipline, staying motivated, and walking the truthful path, unapologetically, as a mature individual. In authenticity, we find a life well-lived.

“How do you know if something is real?" – that’s easy. Does it change you? Does it form you? Does it give you wings? Does it give you roots? Does it make you look back at a month ago and say, “I am a whole different person right now”? If yes, then it’s real.

I am my own biggest critic. Before anyone else has criticized me, I have already criticized myself. But for the rest of my life, I am going to be with me and I don't want to spend my life with someone who is always critical. So I am going to stop being my own critic in this amount. It’s important to analyze my actions but not to pull me down.

A lifetime isn't forever, so take the first chance, don't wait for the second one! Because sometimes, there aren't second chances! And if it turns out to be a mistake? So what! This is life! A whole bunch of mistakes! But if you never get a second chance at something you didn't take the first chance at? That's a true failure.

I write of courage… because I have walked with fear, but I have made the choice not to fear it. 🖊

Let's say I break my arm and it goes into a cast. What happens six months later, when they take the cast off? My arm is atrophied. Or let's take as an example my left thigh, same thing.

I'm looking out my window, you can't see, but there are some big trees behind me and they're blowing in the wind. If those trees were planted in an environment where there was no wind, they would grow to a certain height, and they would fall over.

It took the scientist a while to figure this out when they were putting trees in biodomes, cause they kept happening, didn't matter what kind but there was no resilience telling the tree to grow strong roots, deep into the ground and root properly.

This isn't just human physiology. This is all living beings. If we do not have challenges, that's the end, right? If you just sit and do nothing – if I don't work out, if I don't work out my mind, if I don't take on a challenge in these areas, you get soft and next thing you know something's gonna happen and you're gonna freeze up, and not be able to handle it and shut down.

I know it’s not always so easy or simple, but let’s challenge ourselves – on a daily basis – and tackle this thing called life.

You can't skip chapters, that's not how life works. 📖 You have to read every line, meet every character. You won’t enjoy all of it. Hell, some chapters will make you cry for weeks. You will read things you don't want to read, you will have moments when you don't want the pages to end. But you have to keep going.

Stories keep the world revolving. Live yours, don't miss out. ✨

I still remember every bit of the moment when this photo was taken in the breathtaking Swiss Alps. The sound of the waterfall behind me hitting the rock, the smell of fresh air, the sunset kissing my face, and saying goodbye behind the mountains. Unquestionably a good chapter in my book! 📙

I have a question for you. Not everyone's gonna like this question and that's okay.

If the world was blind, how many people would you impress?

If we lived in a world where no one could see you and physicalities didn't matter? Your height, your weight, how you look... if none of that mattered? Would you be considered beautiful? Would people like you? It's something to think about because we live in such a physical, superficial society where you got to look a certain way, and we're told that you're only good-looking if you weigh this much and you have this height, this style, this hair color.

The reality is none of that sh*t matters. Your heart is what matters, who you are, the things you stand for, the things you believe in, the love and light that you share. That's what matters. Everything else fades, nothing else matters…

So I'm going to ask you again:
𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘥, 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴?
