I often use my camera to support people on their path.
To make them visible — not louder, just seen.

This is part of what I do when I am in El Salvador: to share stories, create images, and open small doors where I can.

On that note, please meet Jeffrey Chapeton — your surf teacher in El Zonte. A soul worth seeing.

Behind the scenes with Gaby from Tito’s Hope. 🐾 We spent the day visiting families who have opened their hearts and homes to street dogs. They have so much love to give, but often lack the means for medical care. Together with videographer Ohad from , we captured these powerful moments of hope and healing.

Special Highlight: We also met a brave mama cat and her 4 adorable kittens! 🐱 They are officially up for adoption and looking for their forever homes. Could it be yours?

These families provide the home; let’s provide the care. Please help us fund medical treatments for these rescued souls.

ESSOC scholarship students went into remote areas of Chiltiupán to deliver food baskets to families who need support. Small gestures. Real impact. 🤍

𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 💛
ESSOC scholarship students organized a small fiesta for local kids — with laughter, music, face painting and a clown who turned the morning into pure joy. This is what community work looks like.

Los estudiantes becados de ESSOC organizaron una pequeña fiesta para los niños del barrio — con risas, música, pintacaritas y un payaso que llenó la mañana de alegría. Así se vive la comunidad.

I had the chance to accompany a Mayan ceremony with my camera.
Not to explain it. Not to translate it.
Just to witness.

What unfolded was quiet, intense, grounded.
Ritual as presence. Gesture. Breath. Fire.
A remembering that doesn’t need words.

These images don’t try to capture the ceremony.
They hold fragments of its essence — as it revealed itself.

Thank you

This is not necessarly content that performs well.
No cute cat video.
But it’s something I want to show.

**𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿.**

Many dogs live on the streets here. Most of them are sick. Many are malnourished.
Even when they’ve found something that looks like a “home”, people often lack the means to properly care for them — let alone afford veterinary treatment.

I visited **𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘄𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲** — a dog shelter that looks straight at what’s uncomfortable.
This isn’t about “rescues for Instagram”.
It’s about daily, often hard work: caring, healing, rebuilding trust.

The images are moving.
Not because they’re cute.
But because they speak of dignity.
And of care in a place where neither can be taken for granted.

These dogs don’t need pity.
They need attention.
Resources.
And people who stay — even when it’s inconvenient.

For me, photography also means looking.
Not scrolling past.
Not softening reality.
But making visible the stories that rarely get space.
