For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by stories. The ones told in unhurried conversations, in silent exchanges of glances, in encounters that leave a mark. My own path has been built like that too: chapter by chapter, across different cities, cultures, and experiences that have shaped not only who I am, but also how I see the world.
I was born and raised in São Paulo, but life led me to London, Stuttgart, Toronto, and since 2020, I'm back to Germany, calling Regensburg home. Living among different cultures taught me something invaluable: each person has a unique way of expressing themselves, a personal essence — and capturing that in an image requires more than skill. It requires sensitivity.
Photography has always been part of my life, first as an affectionate memory, a habit I inherited from my parents, and later as my profession. For over 10 years, I photographed families, mothers-to-be, births, birthdays... Moments filled with raw emotion, where what truly mattered was not only the picture itself, but the genuine connection behind it.
My background in Visual Communication sharpened my awareness of how images speak. It made me realize that a portrait is never just a portrait. It’s a message, a story, an identity revealed. This awareness led me to a very clear purpose: helping professionals not only express their true selves, but first of all feel at ease in front of the camera — comfortable, relaxed, even excited about the experience. When the tension fades, authenticity naturally comes to light, and that’s when the portrait truly speaks.
Because in the end, my work is not only about creating images. It’s about seeing each person in their uniqueness, creating a space of confidence and trust, and turning their story into a portrait that speaks for itself. Each session, to me, is an encounter. A moment of exchange and discovery and connection – and that’s what transforms a simple image into something that communicates the essence of who someone truly is.
What about you, what's your story?
