< Kubu Island Night >

Kubu Island is a magic place. In the middle of nowhere but with a very dense atmosphere that you can feel

As the next "bigger" town is Nata which is almost 90 km distance, there is no light polution at Kubu Island. This is also a reason that Kubu Island is so popular for its Astro-Photography...

Here a startrail of 234 frames stacked to create this NIGHT-Scape picture of this magical place...

End of May 2019 i decided to go to Bavaria for a few days. The day before i left, i was on the road early and saw the fog in the morning and hoped to get some at Neuschwanstein as well. I left around 2 o clock in the night to be there for sunrise and rushed the almost 380 km there. i arrived just a fes mins before sunrise. Had to collect my gear and hike up the hill. I arrived there completely exhausted and set up my gear on the bridge...

It was a sunrise like in a fairytale with the fog and the clouds and everything was going in hand....

Just awesum moment! I hope you enjoy it...
