Patagonia fun fact: The iconic granite towers of Torres del Paine were shaped by magma that cooled underground over 12 million years ago — and later got carved into dramatic spires by massive glaciers during the last Ice Age. Nature really took its time with this masterpiece. 🏔️❄️

Here’s a fun fact about Namibia:

Namibia is home to a desert so old, it was probably already sand when dinosaurs were casually roaming around. 🦖
The Namib Desert is considered one of the oldest deserts in the world — estimated to be over 50 million years old!

And it gets even better:
Some beetles there literally drink fog. No joke. They stand on top of a dune in the early morning, tilt their bodies downward, let Atlantic fog condense on their backs — and then sip the droplets.

Namibia: where even the beetles are next-level survival experts. 😄

Maelifell rises like a secret from the Icelandic highlands — a perfect green cone wrapped in black volcanic sand. 🌋
Where moss softens lava and silence feels almost unreal. Iceland never stops reminding me how powerful the Earth truly is.
