SYNCO Xtalk XPro in the field 🐕‍🦺

Reliable communication becomes especially important when teams are operating across larger areas and need to coordinate quickly.

We provided the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK), Kitzingen District Association, with SYNCO Xtalk XPro intercom headsets, which the search and rescue dog unit used during training exercises in different environments.

The Xtalk XPro combines full-duplex communication with a range of up to 500 metres LoS, allowing team members to communicate directly without having to push a button or interrupt their work. Two external antennas improve signal reliability, while the integrated Boost Mode is designed to maintain communication in more challenging environments such as around buildings and obstacles.

With support for up to 13 connected headsets, intelligent ENC noise reduction and up to 24 hours of battery life, the system provides a flexible communication solution for teams working on the move.

A great example of how professional intercom technology can support coordination beyond traditional broadcast and production environments.

Thanks to the BRK Kitzingen search and rescue dog unit for putting the system through its paces and sharing insights from the field.
