POV: you finally found that amazing shoe brand that brings you to every outdoor adventure

Out in Lanzarote, every day felt like a race against the light. We’d spend hours moving through black lava fields, climbing dusty volcanoes, following ridgelines with the ocean far below — always chasing that one perfect moment before the sun drops.

What I can say about Lanzarote: Wow I am just so in love with this incredible landscape that creates magical moments like from another planet with these special lights during sunset.

Sometimes hiking, sometimes almost running, heart beating, camera ready, eyes on the horizon. The light changes fast out there… and when it hits, everything just stops for a second. I still see myself on the volcano crater running more up to the top because the light was almost gone 😅 but it was so much fun feeling the adrenaline but also felt so safe with every step because of this amazing barefoot shoes!

That’s what I love about my job, my photography art… we don’t need much plans, no fixed path, just going wherever the landscape pulls you.

And honestly, these barefoot shoes have become a big part of that story. In the last weeks I was wandering so much around with them and feel like they are just the perfect fit for my Vanlife and outdoor Adventures . From volcano climbs to random trail runs to wandering through the city after a long day.

Honestly, I feel like I have no energy left… and maybe this slowly means the end of my full time Vanlife…

Today I want to take you with me, really honestly, into my emotional world after 4 years of vanlife and traveling across Europe 🌍🚐
Pitu, my dog, and I have been on the road for so long now and lately I can feel it so deeply… we are starting to need a base. We kind of have one in Germany, but my heart is craving a place that truly feels like home 🏡✨

Right now I miss having something stable so much. A place, a routine, people around me 🤍 a proper bathroom 😅
Over the past years we had to start over again and again, reorganize everything, find new jobs, figure out how to make photography and my tours work every single time 📸💭

And now… I just feel so incredibly tired 😔
Drained in a way that goes deeper than just being exhausted. It feels like my nervous system has been in survival mode for so long… always adapting, always moving, never really knowing what comes next 💭
Will I have enough money in two months? Where will we go? What job will come next? And put all my energy in my own business which I started from zero.

And for the first time I am really listening to that feeling 🌙
Slowing down. Wanting to give us rest. Wanting to create a sense of safety again… for both of us 🤍🐶

I don’t fully know what this next chapter will look like yet… but I know that something needs to change ✨
And maybe that’s okay 🤍

I love when being outdoors brings people together, something bigger is growing, deep connections are happening and we see again what truly matters.

When a place hits just like from another world 🌊🌋 Postcards from LANZAROTE

Imagine heading out for a trail run in a place that feels almost unreal 🌋🏃‍♀️🪐

Out here on Fuerteventura, we took the new .dach trail shoes straight into the wild, raw paths, no shortcuts. Just us, endless volcanic ridges, and rough lava under our feet.

We climbed, ran, sometimes flowing, sometimes just finding our way through sharp rock and loose terrain. The kind of ground that makes you slow down, focus, and really feel every single step.

Somewhere between pushing through the landscape and stopping to capture it all, this turned into more than just a run. An incredible Shooting in a place like this doesn’t feel staged: it just happens while you’re out there, moving, exploring, being part of it.

Raw terrain, real movement, no distractions. Just running and experiencing what’s under your feet.

Looking forward to many more adventures, new lines, and unknown paths we’ll explore in these new trail shoes from .dach! Thank you so much for getting into new adventures with a new feeling of running!

I think I might have the coolest mom. 🥹🚐

Since November, we’ve been traveling the Canary Islands together in our vans, chasing sunsets, waking up by the ocean, sharing coffee in the mornings and stories late at night.

Four months of vanlife side by side.
Four months I’ll never forget.

Now it’s time to say goodbye for a while… and my heart feels very full and very heavy at the same time. ❤️
I will stay here on Fuertventura a little bit longer until I know where my journey is going to continue…

Porugals Algarve just hits different!! For me it’s one of the most beautiful and impressive places in Europe I have seen so far. I still have a lot to share with you from my last travel in Portugal 🇵🇹😅

I also have to say, that I feel it could be my second home. I have spent the last summer in Portugal and I think now it’s time for a new chapter but let’s see what happens. I felt definitely in love with this place and I can’t stop thinking about it.
