Maybe I should write something about the 2025/26 season, about everything I’ve taken away from it.
Post my best photos, thank someone in particular, thank everyone who allowed me to photograph more than 60 matches across different competitions. League matches, Coppa Italia, Supercoppa, Coupe de France, two championship finals, Challenge Cup and CEV Cup Finals, Champions League Final Four in the weekend. But I’m not going to do any of that.

I just want to thank myself for working as hard as I could (though I’ll keep pushing myself to do even better), for all the work I’ve done, for the more than 60,000 kilometers driven — often alone — just this season.

And of course, I want to thank Volleytimes for keeping me awake at night, for the galleries published before midnight, and for this wonderful opportunity.

Am I tired? Maybe too much.
Am I satisfied? Never.
Am I happy? Yes. And I would do all of this another hundred times. Maybe even more.

Volleyball? I have something planned for the summer.
My work? Still a lot going on, in other fields too. And I’ll keep striving to do something even better.

See you soon, volleyball.
Maybe I’ll see you again already in June.
Or in September, for the European Championships.
“In Italy! You’re lucky!” Thank you.
But I’ll actually be starting the competition in Bulgaria!

And I can’t wait to start again!
And always grateful for all opportunities to do what I love every day 💪🏼❤️🫶🏼📸
