Healthy January or? I guess, we probably all need a break for our bodies after excessive holidays celebrations 🧘‍♀️

I found this list from my Pregnancy dairies. I ate everything except one thing 👇🏻

The Top 20 foods to eat for a healthy pregnancy:
1. Green leafy vegetables
2. Broccoli
3. Sweet potatoes

9. Red peppers
10. Berries
11. Carrots & red bell pepper
12. Wild-caught salmon

Being an absolute fish lover, I could not even smell it in those 9 months. The other change was a coffee. I would normally drink up to 2-3 cups a day, but it made me feel sick. My biggest craving was for red currants. No surprise that our little one was obsessed with them 😜 Check out the photo in the stories.
