BFF RADAR 2025 Portfolio Show. Last week in Munich.
What a view. What a night. It was a blast! It was truly SCHEER SCHÖN! ✨

Last week’s BFF RADAR Portfolio Show took us high above the rooftops, right in the very center of Munich – and deep into conversation, exchange, and inspiration.

Being part of this evening among all these talented and excellent colleagues was a true honour. The BFF Regionalverband Bayern curated an amazing event – with a stunning location, seamless organization, and the kind of atmosphere that makes things flow.

Fragile Order. Part of my ongoing series ‚Büro‘. When orange-colored chaos meets precision: vintage office supplies and Hermes luxury teeter on the edge. Just when my little bubble world is about to burst, fear not! Four tiny but super-powerful white crabs are here, expertly wielding clear tape to keep everything from falling apart. Who else could use a Crab Crew to manage their chaos in life? Let’s face it: these little helpers might just be the ultimate cleanup managers for any mess! 🦀✨ Whether it’s office clutter or life’s little (or bigger) disasters, we all need a Crab Crew to keep things together! ✨✨ Spotlight Awards 2024 – CATEGORY WINNER in the Still Life category with my image „Eden Roc Diving Between Minerals“ ! 🏆

I had three images shortlisted in different categories: the loud „Ketchup in Organic Shape“, the exclusive „Taschenkrebs / Edible Crab with Handbag“, and this one. Ironically, this was the one I never thought would even come close to winning! In German, we have a saying: „stille Wasser sind tief“, which means „still waters run deep“, and that perfectly describes this piece. The Introvert, with its subtle colors, quiet elegance, and diving underwater, secretly and unexpectedly took the Still Life category by storm.

A huge thank you to the incredible jury, to , and to everyone who has been part of this journey. This recognition means so much to me! Special thanks to Hendrik , whose ancient collection of minerals played a crucial role in creating this image. Without your collection, this piece wouldn’t have turned out nearly as well! And thank you for trusting me to submerge your stones in water - at least now they’re finally clean! Some might have dissolved a little, but only just a bit - I hope you didn’t notice!😄

The fragrance series featuring the sea-scented Eden Roc by Christian Dior includes 8 main images, all inspired by the fragrance’s key ingredients: sea salt and minerals.
Each image, with all its effects, was captured entirely in-camera (!). The images were either taken in one-shot, like the winning image, or I used techniques such as movement, long exposure, or multiple exposures. Two things the images all have in common: No filters. No post-production.
