LEGO City Mountain Bike Adventure Van (60512)

Today I got to spend the day with Mary and Peter.
The weather is finally nice again, and the two were able to plan their first mountain bike tour of the season.

According to both of them, the new van is fantastic. The bikes can be transported really securely thanks to the mounting system, and the van itself drives incredibly well.

Behind the scenes of todays picture series ☀️💛☺️

Something very strange happened in LEGO City today 🚓😅

Usually the police have a fairly calm job around here. But today, the two well known troublemakers stopped a police officer who was out with the prisoner transport vehicle.

For years they’ve apparently been trying to steal LEGO bricks to rebuild the key to the Central Bank. But that’s not why they got into trouble today.

“The Snake” had seen her mugshot on a wanted poster somewhere in the city and she was absolutely furious about the photo they used.

According to her, the straight-on flash portrait was “disgusting” and she kept telling the officer that she has much better pictures of herself 🤭

There was a bit of an argument.
And well… they were taken in for now.

But honestly, I think this will all get sorted out… or??! 😅

More reporter photos from the rescue mission. 🔥🛟 Honestly… it’s a really good thing LEGO City has such a strong Coast Guard crew. Feels like they can get people safely out of almost any situation. 💛 I definitely trust them completely and would feel very safe out on the water with them. 🙏

I don’t know if you read the LEGO City News today… 🌊🚤 🛟🔥
…but the people living near the coast and working out on the water are really lucky to have such a good Coast Guard crew. Those people are incredibly skilled.

Today, someone was out on the water in a small boat when the engine suddenly caught fire. The weather wasn’t quite as rough as last time, but the whole situation was still pretty intense. I think they rescued him in the very last moment.

We’ll probably see a few more reporter photos from the mission soon, but for now, it looks like he made it safely back to the city and is doing well. 💛
