Ein kleines Throwback Thursday passend zu Halloween zu den tollen Shadowhunters-Shootings in 2017. :)

Und ein Mini-Update zu mir: Ich habe sehr liebe, fürsorgliche Kollegen, die jegliche Überanstrengung meines Arms im Büro mit Argusaugen vermeiden - ich werd' schon beim Heben von Wasserflaschen böse angesehen. ;)
Die Maus wird weiter nur mit links bedient, was präzises Arbeiten ziemlich erschwert - aber hey, es läuft irgendwie. Stift halten ist länger als 'ne Minute allerdings keine gute Idee... >.<
Montag ist der nächste Termin beim Arzt, mal schauen was passiert.

Hey guys! Due to my ongoing wrist/arm-problems I'm taking a little break until further notice.
I'm going to write everyone still waiting on photos from DoKomi and Connichi in the days/weeks. I'm sorry but at the moment there's no way to say when I'm able to edit as I want to. 😣

Nachdem ich nun zwei Monate mit meinem Handgelenk und einer Sehnenscheidenentzündung rungerannt bin, habe ich gestern (endlich) einen Facharzt-Termin gehabt und die Diagnose wurde auf Tennisarm geändert (Ursache übrigens ein Wochenende mit viel Tapete, die von Wänden sollte).
Also weiterhin und wahrscheinlich bis Ende des Jahres alles schön schonen. Da geht dann die Lightroom-Retusche noch, weil ich die Einstellungen mit links machen kann, aber richtige Retusche mit Grafiktablet funktioniert nicht, auch wenn ich meine linke Hand nun echt gut trainiere. Insofern klappt das alles aktuell noch nicht so, wie ich will. Dann gehe ich lieber den Schritt mich bewusst rauszuziehen, statt andauernd mal irgendwas zwangsweise rauszusuchen um aktiv zu scheinen.

Ich weiß, ich muss mich nicht rechtfertigen und mir geht's auch nicht darum auf Mitleid zu machen. Der Post wird auch wieder gelöscht, wenn die Hand wieder funzt wie sie soll, vielleicht geht ja auch alles schneller als ich denke. ☺
Andererseits finde ich es nur fair diese Info ins Netz zu stellen, damit niemand nachher enttäuscht ist. 😉

Now that .con is at summerbreak i would have had some time to edit photos - until i lost against the wallpaper i was trying to peel off the wall...
No worries, i'm fine except my wrist... 😭
Hope it gets better quickly, but until then:
Right hand very much out of order...

Last post was before DoKomi - this is the first of DoKomi!

DoKomi was great as always. But it got just so big and overwhelming I'm hardly taking any photos there. This year I shooted like a handful of people... 🙈

DoKomi starts tomorrow and I will be there!
Same procedure as every year, since 2009. ;)

And yes, obviously I will be taking my camera with me. :D
I don't know how many photos I will take this year. First of all I'm there to take the whole convention experience and since DoKomi is huge I don't know how much time we will spend at the Nordpark. :D
I want to have a good time, meet a hell lot of people and when I see something cool I want to shoot, I will do so. :)

And next week I will be at Chizuru and boss around a little bit, before we take a little summer break.

Time to make some photoshootings I hope! :)
