Here are some photos that I took when I traveled through South America that do not fit in the other galeries.

While in Bolivia, we couln't miss the chance of visiting the Uyuni Salt Flats.
Our guide drove us to an area which was still covered entirely with water from the rain season, which caused an incredible mirror effect (yes - it is all natural in the photos!)

Renting a campervan and driving through the Atacama Desert was one of the best things I did while traveling through South America.
Not only are there surprisingly much lagoons, but also can the desert be incredibly colorful!

Defenitely one of my favorite experiances was seeing the Milky Way in the night of new moon, where no moonlight or light pollution from surounding cities limits the view of the night sky!

Unfortunately all good things have to come to an end 😦

After 6,5 months, 7 countries, thousands of traveled kilometers, 9 filled passport pages, tons of new experiences and a credit card that luckily only entered the red numbers yesterday I have to leave South America...

Thanks to everyone I met during the trip for the amazing times!
See you some time, somewhere in the rest of the world!!

Just arrived in Buenos Aires and it's all gray, cold and raining. Guess I can already get used to the German summer that's waiting for me 😜

And wreck #2 of todays dive... :)

I did an amazing dive today at the shore of San Andrés Island to this ship wreck. Water temperature like in a bathtub (29°C) and clear water made the dive even better!

The last days we had lightning every 5-10 seconds for hours... Watching them while chilling in a hammock was amazing!
