Another shooting day done in 3IT - Innovation Center for Immersive Imaging Technologies Studio @ Fraunhofer HHI - this time its getting real magic, so much information can be given without telling too much. Thanks to TROTZKIND as Partner in our research Project on Volumetric Capture and development of Postproduction tools (VVOW / former known as PERSON VR), funded by Europäischer Fonds für Regionalentwicklung as well as I N V R for supporting on all ends!

Right now happening in our volumetric video studio: A shooting done by and for VVOW.

VVOW is a cooperation of the Fraunhofer HHI department "Vision & Imaging Technologies", TROTZKIND and reallifefilm international. The aim of this project is a new 3D reconstruction and modelling method for real people based on a multi-camera recording system. The new system will be used for future film productions, walk-in entertainment and infotainment experiences.
