8th of March the fifth, free event in the "Connecting through Photography" series will take place. On the occasion of International Women's Day, we are organizing with ISI e.V. "Initiative Selbständiger Immigrantinnen" (Initiative of Self-Employed Immigrants) a very special "International Women's Week" from Monday, March 7th to Friday, March 11th, as a free, cross-thematic, five-part workshop series.

The workshops are open to all women* (with a special focus on international founders and those interested in founding a company) residing in Berlin.

Especially now I feel strongly that an important aspect of our life is being together, sharing our strength and wisdom, holding space for discussions, support, openness. The power of photography, coaching and our stories will beautifully connect us. If you feel that is something interesting for you, come and join us!

I met little Angel just in front of Sbahn station around Tiergarten, was beautiful to see her pureness and smile. Straight away I thought about Ukrainian children, innocent beings and all children around the world, they have to go through a war. Our families from Poland also remember the wartime and I feel we still carry some of those memories and baggage. It shouldn't be like this, we should have more possibilities to live in peace and enjoy life. 🕊

The Framing effect is so strong, does it all, in life too. I look a little bit deeper into it, life encourages me to do it. I could even say that sometimes just forced me.

"Framing" your own reality into mobilizing, reassuring statements quickly begins to act like a self-fulfilling prophecy.

In Photography

You decide what to include in your frame and what to exclude. Probably is more important figuring out what to EXCLUDE from your frame than to figure out what to INCLUDE.

In cognitive psychology, Framing is a set of parameters defining either a particular mental schema or the wider cognitive structure by which an individual perceives and evaluates the world.

Framing seems like, takes a huge part of life. Then comes frameless...power into being, just being. Forget about frames. Take it as it come....
