On the weekend I had the privilege of a capturing Restoration Workshop for NGV Melbourne Design Week at co-working and studio space🪑

Over 4 days Edwin showcased, demonstrated and educated his knowledge of restoration and sustainability in the vintage furniture industry to over 140 people who came through.

Sustainability is a big topic (among a lot of other important topics) currently and understanding the role each one of us play towards a BIG or small impact all counts.

I am lost for words! 💔

From the removal of the She Matters memorial wall to the injustice with the Isla Bell case, and all the daily failure of our justice system when it comes to doing the right thing. It’s heartbreaking to see the continuous hurt with little resolution and closure.

and I spent a small portion of an afternoon where the weather was temperamental creating a dream-like narrative in the lush green surrounds along the creek 🍃☂️ we were lucky to capture the afternoon sun peeking through the rainy clouds to create a soft innocent touch to the narrative.
