2. Practice posing: Posing for photos can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. Take some time to practice posing in front of a mirror, experiment with different poses, and find what works best for you.
3. Communicate with your photographer: Communication is key during a photoshoot. Talk to vour photographer about what poses you're comfortable with, and what you're not. A good photographer will help guide you and make you feel comfortable during the shoot.
