A chilly Sunday afternoon. Clearing 2m distances around strangers as I walked the sparsely populated pavements of Mitte, then suddenly, I came across Lola Rose. She was alone, striking fierce poses for a selfie shoot in a spotlight of spring sun. Preparing for that night's online streaming activities by - a response to the COVID-19 social lockdown, and an example of how Berlin artists are trying to work through this. At an awkward distance, we had this impromptu interaction and it completely changed my mood. Thank you, Lola Rose!
