M+G got married on Skopelos last week, and I still find myself thinking about that day. 💙🇬🇷
It was the kind of intimate wedding that felt completely true to who they are.
Over 30 of their closest people gathered on a small Greek island overlooking the sea. One bride walked down the aisle with her mom, the other with both her parents, along a stone path lined with bougainvillea. By the time they exchanged vows beneath an old tree, half the guests were already crying before either of them said a word.
What stayed with me most, though, was how present and loving everyone was.
M+G met in Prague over a first date that was supposed to be a quick coffee and turned into five hours of conversation. Four years later, they still have that same ease between them, the kind where you can tell they’d rather be talking to each other than anyone else in the room.
Nothing about this day felt performative.
Just meaningful conversations, happy tears, long hugs, incredible food, sea views, and eventually dancing under the fairy lights.
These are the kinds of weddings I love most. The ones that feel less like an event and more like a gathering of people who genuinely love being together.
Skopelos, you were something special.
And M+G, I feel incredibly grateful to have been there. I loved spending time with you, your family, and your friends, and documenting a day that felt so full of love. 🤍
