Moroccan Diaries – Part II 🇲🇦✨
We spent the day exploring Souk El Had and the old town of Agadir. The market is massive, with around 3,000 stalls and multiple gates—it felt like a colorful maze, and getting lost was part of the fun! 🤩
We tasted Kour3ine (الكرعين), a traditional dish made with slow-cooked cow feet, chickpeas, and berries. 🍲 It was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. Later, we sipped mint tea 🍃☕ with friendly locals at their stalls. One kind vendor even gifted us Aker Fassi, a natural Moroccan lipstick made from dried poppy petals—beautifully unique and a vibrant shade of red 💄🌺.
By the end of the day, we had met many warm and welcoming people. We brought home Ras el Hanout, a fragrant blend of Moroccan spices, as a souvenir of the experience 🌿The evening ended perfectly—relaxing by the beach and watching lively local football matches in the sand ⚽🔥
