Oder is one of the four women surrounding Neptune in the Neptunbrunnen. Oder is signified by goats and animal skins.

Neptunbrunnen was built in 1891. The Roman god Neptune is in the center. The four woman around him represent the four main rivers of Prussia at the time it was constructed: the Elbe, Rhine, Vistula, and Oder. It is spectacular in person and needs to be visited as often as possible

Of all the things I found while I was walking in Berlin, this fountain is by far my favorite. I spent many days either taking pictures, people watching, or just watching the cool water dance on a hot summer day.
