Celebrating World Photography Day today! 📷

As usual, I’m picking a handful of shots taken over the past 12 months, so here they are - a few of my favorites. 🙂

And yes, I’m deliberately leaving out the solar eclipse photos for now. They’re everywhere at the moment, and I’ll give them their own post soon anyway. 😉

🇬🇧 EN: The story of a church that quietly found its way into my photography and somehow became my photographic buddy.

A lunar eclipse, a full Moon rising, and now a solar eclipse. None of it was originally planned as a series, but here we are... :)

Some photographic subjects take weeks of planning. Others simply show up and refuse to leave.

🇨🇿 CZ: Příběh jednoho kostela, který se nenápadně vkradl do mé tvorby a tak nějak se stal mým fotografickým parťákem.

Zatmění Měsíce, východ úplňku a nyní i zatmění Slunce. Nic z toho původně nebylo plánované jako série, ale co čert nechtěl... :) Neuvěřitelný Měsíc zkrátka zase jednou maloval.

Některé fotografické motivy vyžadují týdny plánování. Jiné prostě přijdou samy a už zůstanou...

Last Saturday, we officially opened my first solo exhibition, rather simply titled “Landscapes by Tomáš Nadrchal”, at Karlštejn Chateau in Obec Svratouch. V sobotu jsme na zámku Lovecký zámek Karlštejn ve Svratouchu slavnostně otevřeli mou nazvanou lakonicky Krajiny Tomáše Nadrchala. V sobotu jsme na zámku Karlštejn ve Svratouchu slavnostně otevřeli mou první samostatnou výstavu „Krajiny Tomáše Nadrchala“. Prostor, ke kterému mám osobní vztah už od dětství, nyní hostí výběr fotografií propojených ranním světlem, mlhami, minimalismem a pomíjivou atmosf....
