After many years, I decided to share a post on this almost dead page, which I founded nearly ten years ago and which still has almost a thousand of fans. Hallo to all of you!!! after so many years. I started taking pictures of your races by chance, like everything in my life, but I loved going to Norway and meeting You very much. This is the beginning of my last trip to Scandinavia during which I have visited Sigrid Ekran, Thomas Wærner, Robert Sørlie Arnt Ola Skjerve, John Harald Knutsson, Johanne Sundby A broken ankle in my leg followed than and I had spent next winter in bed, and then life have sent me other direction and I have never come back. So at least I share my last journey, which led, among other things, to the famous Norwegian mushers on their summer farms. This is the begining. More soon. Hope visit you soon again. Štěpán Hon

I am recovering well!!! Thanks for all yours wishes and plenty of nice words. If you want to help me a bit more just buy the calendar or postcards. There is going to be 30 pc of calendar in the registration office. Wish you good weather. Fast trails. Happy dogs. Lot of fun. Viva Femundløpet.

I AM NOT COMMING TO NORWAY IN 2015. I am very sorry to everybody I have promised something but everything changed. Broken leg in ankle changes decisions in a seconds. Now I am at home after operation and few days in hospital. I have to move all my plans to next season. But in 2016 I will come for sure. GOD TUR. Stepan

I have made a calendar from the best of Femundløpet so If you want to help me to cover my winter expences BUY IT please or SHARE at least. The calendar cost 300 NOK and I can sign it and send wherever or bring to Femundlopet. The calendar starts from february 2015 and go to january 2016 so will not mis any month on the wall if you will get it in the begining of next month. Thanks and see you on the trail. Stepan

Wall calendar contains 13 images showing both – beauties of Femunden nature and most of the top mushers periodically participating at Femundlopet. Robert, Ralph, Sigrid, Arnt Ola, Thomas, Birgitte, Nina, Lars, Inge-Marie… I know there is still so many missing but… You can buy now and get before Christmas for 280 NOK include the postage, when you order till the end of october.

This is a calendar I have prepared from my summer visit of Norway. It was a great trip. I have enjoyd so much and made so many touching pictures that I have decided to make a small exhibition here in Prague and publish a callendar for 2015 for fans of Norway. Hi dear, I have made a decision. I have bought new winter tires, ferry tickets and I will spend SIX WEEKS IN NORWAY during the winter. I will become a part of Femundlopet and Finnmarkslopet as an official photographer and the time between I want to go slowly from south to north - want to visit all the important norwagian long distance mushers - take photos of them and their life and talk with them about mushing and hope publish a book called "Mushing Norway" or something like that ... I have to start creating a precise timetable, plan my trip, do a list of all that I want to visit unconditionally. Because I need to have some money to finish my trip and to
process all the collected material, I'll be glad when anybody of you invite me to make PROMO-PHOTO FROM YOUR KENNEL - training team, portraits of the dogs and musher etc. If you are interested send me a message...
