I am a professional photographer, videographer and a writer passionate about following my curiosity, experiencing the world to its fullest and then using my skills with my pen or camera to weave those moments into visual artwork or written stories. My approach is less photojournalistic or documental. I use all the tools at my disposal to convey the emotion and feeling at the time of capture. Just as I use adjectives in my writing I use software polish my imagery.

As some may have noticed I have been largely inactive on my photography page for the past months. It's been due to a transition to a new page under the name of "exploringforlife". I've just completed a week long hard drive recovery for a drive I accidentally wiped clean over a year ago and which had over 30 000 photos on it. Amazingly the software (I used Data Rescue 3) was able to recover almost all of them! So I was able to salvage for example the picture below. *happy dance*
