Surrounded by the peaceful countryside, it offers stunning views of the Syrkatis valley and reflects the rich religious and architectural heritage of the village. The chapel is considered one of Lefkara’s most important historic landmarks and remains a place of spiritual significance for visitors and locals alike.

⛪Μια όμορφη βυζαντινή εκκλησία που βρίσκεται σε λόφο βόρεια των Πάνω Λευκάρων. Περιτριγυρισμένο από την ήρεμη κυπριακή ύπαιθρο, προσφέρει μαγευτική θέα στην κοιλάδα του ποταμού Συρκάτη και αποτελεί σημαντικό δείγμα της θρησκευτικής και αρχιτεκτονικής κληρονομιάς του χωριού. Το εκκλησάκι θεωρείται ένα από τα σημαντικότερα ιστορικά μνημεία των Λευκάρων και παραμένει τόπος πνευματικής αξίας για κατοίκους και επισκέπτες.

⚓One of Cyprus’s most distinctive maritime landmarks. Built in 1932, the cargo ship Mav Achaios ran aground during a severe storm while transporting timber from Yugoslavia to Jeddah in the 1970s. Although the vessel was lost, all crew members survived. Today, its rusting hull remains partially visible above the shallow waters near Akrotiri, creating a striking historical attraction and a popular site for photographers, visitors, and divers.

⚓Βρίσκεται κοντά στη χερσόνησο του Ακρωτηρίου, αποτελεί ένα από τα πιο χαρακτηριστικά θαλάσσια αξιοθέατα της Κύπρου. Το φορτηγό πλοίο M/V Achaios, κατασκευασμένο το 1932, προσάραξε κατά τη διάρκεια σφοδρής καταιγίδας τη δεκαετία του 1970 ενώ μετέφερε ξυλεία από τη Γιουγκοσλαβία προς τη Τζέντα της Σαουδικής Αραβίας. Παρόλο που το πλοίο χάθηκε, όλα τα μέλη του πληρώματος διασώθηκαν. Σήμερα, το σκουριασμένο κουφάρι του παραμένει ορατό στα ρηχά νερά κοντά στο Ακρωτήρι, αποτελώντας ένα εντυπωσιακό ιστορικό σημείο ενδιαφέροντος και δημοφιλή προορισμό για φωτογράφους, επισκέπτες και δύτες.

🍔 Κάτι που θέλουμε να ξεκαθαρίσουμε είναι ότι δεν κάνουμε αυτά τα reviews για να επηρεάσουμε αρνητικά κάποιο εστιατόριο ή επιχείρηση. Σκοπός μας είναι απλώς να μοιραζόμαστε την προσωπική μας εμπειρία και να δίνουμε μια ειλικρινή, αμερόληπτη άποψη για όσα δοκιμάζουμε. Στην περίπτωση των «Τα Τσιλιμένα», η βαθμολογία μας αντικατοπτρίζει αποκλειστικά τη δική μας εμπειρία τη συγκεκριμένη μέρα. Προσωπικά, θεωρήσαμε ότι τα 57€ για 3 burgers, μία σαλάτα, πατάτες και νερά ήταν λίγο υψηλή τιμή σε σχέση με αυτό που λάβαμε συνολικά, χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι κάποιος άλλος δεν μπορεί να έχει διαφορετική άποψη ή εμπειρία.

Our goal is simply to share our personal experience and provide an honest, unbiased opinion on the places we visit. In the case of Ta Tsilimena, our rating reflects only our experience on that particular day. Personally, we felt that €57 for 3 burgers, a salad, potatoes, and water was a bit expensive for what we received overall. Of course, that doesn’t mean others can’t have a different opinion or a completely different experience.

From beach bars in Ayia Napa to quiet coves in Akamas, the island turns into a bright, breezy escape where swimming, fresh fruit, and warm nights blend into one long holiday mood.

🏖️Το καλοκαίρι στην Κύπρο μοιάζει με μια μεγάλη, ηλιόλουστη ανάσα — χρυσές παραλίες, ζεστά τιρκουάζ νερά, βραδινά δείπνα δίπλα στη θάλασσα και ένας ρυθμός που σε κάνει να χαλαρώνεις και να απολαμβάνεις. Από τα beach bars στην Αγία Νάπα μέχρι τους ήσυχους κολπίσκους στον Ακάμα, το νησί γίνεται μια φωτεινή, δροσερή απόδραση όπου το κολύμπι, τα φρέσκα φρούτα και οι ζεστές νύχτες ενώνονται σε μια καλοκαιρινή διάθεση.

🌉Also known as the Bekir Pasha Aqueduct, is one of the most famous historical landmarks in Larnaca. Built in 1747 during the Ottoman period, it once supplied water to the city from a source several kilometers away. Today, its beautiful stone arches and peaceful surroundings make it a popular place for visitors and locals to enjoy walks and admire the history of the area.

🌉Γνωστά και ως Υδραγωγείο Μπεκίρ Πασά, είναι ένα από τα πιο διάσημα ιστορικά αξιοθέατα της Λάρνακας. Χτίστηκαν το 1747 κατά την Οθωμανική περίοδο και παρείχαν νερό στην πόλη από πηγή που βρισκόταν αρκετά χιλιόμετρα μακριά. Σήμερα, οι όμορφες πέτρινες καμάρες και το ήσυχο περιβάλλον τα κάνουν δημοφιλές σημείο για περιπάτους και θαυμασμό της ιστορίας της περιοχής.
