We finally were able to have our hike on the Genesis Aphrodite’s Trail and it is not one for the faint of heart!!

Roughly 9 km / 3 hrs through some gently sloping hills but the closer we came to the cliffs the more challenging it became. The views were incredible and we had a breakthrough in the clouds as we arrived at the sea!

Picnic break for lunch and a cold plunge to cool off before we headed back up the trail which was surprisingly easier 🤔

Thanks to everyone who came and for making a fun spring memory 🩵

P.S. I definitely don’t recommend doing this trail when it’s over 25 degrees outside. It was roughly 20 when we went and we got really hot!

Trail starts just outside Pissouri village and you’re surrounded by nature the whole way 😍 Perfect trail for adventurers and those wanting to do more challenging hikes 🥾

A little life update 💫

For the next couple months, TYC will be closed as I step away to travel for family / personal reasons. It was an important decision when it comes to family —and while it comes with a bit of sacrifice concerning my business, it’s one I’ve made with a lot of care and intention.

I’ll be reopening in the first week of August, and I’m already feeling so inspired and excited for everything that’s waiting on the other side!

New energy, new experiences, new collaborations with some awesome people, a retreat in September, and so much more to share together 🌊✨

Thank you for your support, your understanding, and for being part of this journey. See you in the full swing of summer — with fresh adventures, salty skin, and open horizons!

Happy Earth Day 🌎

How should we treat the only home we have? Making sure our oceans, seas, and other bodies of water are clean is one of the best things we can do to protect life on our planet.

Litter/trash is a huge problem in Cyprus and unfortunately it’s not just affecting the land - it’s also affecting the beautiful waters we enjoy so much on this island 😢

So let’s make a commitment in honor of Earth Day! Whenever you see a piece of trash, don’t look away - walk (or paddle) toward it with purpose, sn**ch it up, and dispose of it properly. Even if it isn’t yours - because this land and this sea ARE yours. It’s your home and you can make a difference 🙏

This isn’t about becoming someone new - it’s about uncovering the beauty of the wild, raw, and free already within you. It’s about intuitive movement instead of forced control. Natural rhythm instead of performance. Peeling back the layers until you feel the wild within once more 🙏

More details to come, but this is not a “soft wellness” retreat. There will be beautiful challenges along with the beautiful landscapes of wild, untamed Cyprus.

This is your chance to feel alive again - step out of the safety and comfort of autopilot and get back your confidence through adventures in nature. Find your spark again and reconnect to your true self 💕

🐈 This Cat Yoga class is all about slowing down and softening. We’ll be doing a style of yoga called Yin where we move through long-held, supported poses that target the deeper layers of the body—helping to release tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders while calming the nervous system.

🐾 As you settle into stillness, our feline friends may wander by, curl up beside (or on) you, or simply share their lovely energy—bringing an extra layer of comfort, joy, and connection to your practice 🥰
